• You must submit your refund request through our support process
• The ebook or digital product must not have been excessively redistributed beyond personal use

How to Request a Refund

2. Provide a brief reason for your refund request
3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Important Terms

• Digital Product Nature: Once downloaded, you acknowledge that you have received the digital product. However, we still honor our 7-day guarantee.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Link.com account or card). Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear.
• One Refund Per Product: We allow one refund per product per customer. Repeat abuse of this policy may result in denial of future refund requests.
• Account Access: Upon refund, your access to downloaded content will be revoked.

Exceptions

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Purchases made more than 7 days ago
• Products purchased during promotional pricing if the customer attempts to repurchase at a later date
• Refund requests without a valid order number
